User Agreement

Welcome to Jorea. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jorea mobile application (the “App”). Jorea is a restaurant check-in and dining record tool that allows users to create cuisine categories, record restaurant visits, track food expenses, and store related photos and notes.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Jorea is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The App is not available to individuals under 18.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

3. Description of Services

Jorea provides tools that allow users to:

• Create and manage customized cuisine categories by region or type

• Record information about different restaurants under specific cuisines

• Track detailed dining expenses and individual dish costs

• Upload and store photos related to dining experiences

Jorea is for personal, non-commercial use only unless explicitly authorized by us.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including text, expense records, restaurant details, and photos (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Jorea a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload or submit content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation

• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others

• Contains defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise unlawful material

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, servers, or related systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

6. Fees and Payments

If the App offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through the applicable app store platform and are subject to their terms and conditions.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the platform’s refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, features, trademarks, and underlying technology, are owned by Jorea or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the App or other users.

You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jorea disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jorea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
